3. Are your caregivers trained and background checked?

Yes. All of our caregivers are thoroughly vetted, background checked, and trained to provide compassionate, respectful, and professional care. We select team members who not only have experience, but also share our heart for service and building long-lasting relationships.

4. Can we choose the caregiver?

Absolutely. We do our best to match caregivers based on personality, needs, and preferences. Your comfort and trust are important to us, and if a match isn’t the right fit, we’re always happy to make adjustments.

5. How flexible is the scheduling?

Very flexible. We offer care from just a few hours a week to full-time, 24/7 assistance. Whether you need temporary help or long-term support, we’re here when you need us.

6. What if our care needs change over time?

We understand that needs evolve. Our care plans are always adaptable. We regularly check in with families and caregivers to ensure we’re providing the right level of support. Be sure to notify us 2 weeks in advanced if any changes are necessary to allow us time to make adjustments in your care.

7. Do you provide services for individuals with dementia or Alzheimer’s?

Yes. Our caregivers are trained to support individuals living with memory challenges. We provide compassionate, patient care that focuses on safety, routine, and emotional connection.

8. Is your care covered by insurance or Medicaid?

Coverage depends on your individual policy and location. Some long-term care insurance plans do reimburse for in-home care. We’re happy to help guide you through the process or provide documentation to support any claims.

9. How soon can services begin?

In many cases, we can begin care within 24 to 72 hours after the initial consultation, depending on the level of support needed. We’re ready to step in as soon as you need us.
